Dear Sir or Madam:
I am writing to you to inform you of the wonderful customer service I received while a guest in your Lithonia, Georgia store on June 16, 2007. Mr. David Jones had the unenviable task of assisting my boyfriend, Myron, the winner (thanks to me) of a Makeover Contest sponsored by Stonecrest Mall in Lithonia.
Armed with only a terribly accurate photo of Myron decked out in all camouflage on Christmas Day, 2006, and a poem pleading for help written by me, Mr. Jones selected two elegant suits (even the correct size!) that complimented Myron in every way. The colors were excellent, the fabric draped nicely and Myron was instantly transformed into the Prince Charming that I always thought he could be.
In addition to Mr. Jones’ obvious excellence at his job, he was totally professional and endearingly nice to us both. He did not treat us like contest winners at all. He treated us like we have been his customers for years! I enjoyed every moment in the store and cannot wait to take Myron back for more shopping.
I am rarely pleased, if ever, with the service that I receive at malls. I am taking the time to write you so that Mr. Jones’ efforts will not go unrewarded. In addition to Mr. Jones providing exceptional service, your store was beautiful and neat. The other sales person was also very nice. Mr. Jones, however, went well above and quite beyond his profession. Whenever Myron needs clothing, I plan to leave him in Mr. Jones’ capable hands.
Thank you so much for putting such an attractive store in my neighborhood. Thank you for hiring such wonderful staff to serve my needs. I appreciate you bringing Bachrach into my boyfriend’s life. I am happy to be your customer.

I spoke to Mr. George Hartsfield from Jacksonville, FL. He has been a Bachrach Charge customer since 1996 and has purchased a total of $10,512.00. He said that he noticed we have a much better selection of merchandise and the quality is outstanding. He said that you can tell that we are no longer afraid of color.
He stated he used to only purchase custom made dress shirts but in the last year he has been able to purchase our dress shirts and is impressed with the collar and the fit. He said that he almost left us a few years ago but since he has noticed such an improvement on quality, selection and fit
he will only purchase from us. He is a minister in FL.

“I just want to start out by saying that I have been a loyal customer of Bachrach for many many years. I love this company and it products, it’s staff members and just the overall core business of your company. I shop in your Tyson Corner Store in VA and the manager at that store Marty has always treated me with the highest respect and always very helpful, this is a ture testiment to Bachrach. There is no other mens store that I would ever consider shopping for my clothing. I consently talk to my co-workers, friends and just about anyone who will listen about Bachrach and how wonderful you are and how the clothing makes you look like a million buck, even if you don’t have it. One day I hope to be a part of your company in someway, modeling your cloths or working in one of your retail store, I just love the company that much. Please extend my sincere thanks to everyone in your company, keep up the good work and continue to grow and offer the best you can to your customer, because I’m a customer for life.”
