Bachrach Dresses DRR in New Sponsorship Role
INDIANAPOLIS, IN – Dreyer & Reinbold Racing (DRR) announced today that leading men’s clothier, BACHRACH, has signed on to become an associate sponsor of the DRR team for the 2007 IndyCar® Series season.
“This is a excellent partnership for us,” said Dennis Reinbold, DRR team co-owner, “because Bachrach is committed to the same ideals our team is – quality and professionalism.” As part of the sponsorship, Bachrach will equip the DRR team with new uniforms and specially designed racing gear as well as participate in team and league promotional programs.
“We are all delighted with the crisp, professional and distinctive look of the apparel Bachrach is providing to the team,” said Dreyer & Reinbold co-owner Robbie Buhl.
“Bachrach is most pleased with our new relationship with Dreyer & Reinbold Racing,” said Bachrach CEO Brian Lipman, “and we look forward to introducing our Bachrach brand to the fans of IndyCar racing.”
“When you look at our core customer and the demographics of the typical IndyCar Series fan, it’s a perfect match. We are enthusiastic about the opportunity to reach so many potential Bachrach customers through the power and excitement of open-wheel racing.”
The DRR drivers are also excited about the Bachrach partnership.
“The quality that Bachrach is famous for is certainly evident in the clothing they’ve designed for us,” said Buddy Rice, 2004 Indianapolis 500 champion. “We are really going to enjoy wearing this gear.”
Sarah Fisher is also happy about the new apparel. “After seeing what Bachrach has designed for our team, my first thought was: I wish they sold women’s clothes in their stores.”
BACHRACH, which is known its European influenced menswear and quality standards, operates 34 retail stores in major metropolitan markets (including Indianapolis) across 13 states as well as a nationally distributed catalog and e-commence business.
